The tour follows the production sequence customers care about: what enters the workshop, where quality is checked, and how equipment is prepared before it travels to a new factory.
Material inspection & laser cutting
Materials are checked against documentation before entering production. Laser cutting supports complex profiles and cutting accuracy of up to ±0.05 mm for suitable workpieces.
Steel fabrication & welding
Experienced welders use argon arc and CO₂ gas-shielded welding, with process checks for weld size, shape, and structural reliability.
Assembly & equipment testing
Components are assembled with fixtures, checked for alignment and connection strength, and prepared for performance testing before shipment.
Control system integration
Control cabinets, wiring, and production-line interfaces are integrated and checked so the equipment is ready for commissioning at the customer site.
Surface treatment & finishing
Surface treatment and powder-coating processes help improve appearance, wear resistance, and corrosion protection for long-term operation.
Final inspection & export preparation
Finished equipment is checked for appearance, dimensions, load-bearing parts, packaging protection, and shipping readiness before dispatch.

Where is the YURUI production base?+
Our production base is in Pingyi County, Linyi, Shandong, China. The site includes office facilities, production workshops, assembly and export preparation areas.
How large is the factory?+
The planned factory area is approximately 66,000 m². Around 40,000 m² has been completed, with a further 26,000 m² planned for the second phase.
What production lines do you manufacture?+
YURUI supplies gypsum powder, gypsum board, gypsum block, alpha gypsum, gypsum ceiling tile laminating, and related building material production line systems.
Can you test equipment before shipment?+
Equipment is assembled, inspected, and prepared for factory testing and customer review according to the project scope before export.
Do you support overseas installation?+
Yes. Our project support can include shipment coordination, installation guidance, commissioning, recipe setup, operator training, and follow-up technical support.
